Customer care was great. Had an issue with my aluminium ferrule guides for my awning stays (a couple had fallen out). Peter sent me new ones plus a couple of spares free of charge.

We just purchased an Eezi Awn Blade roof top tent from Peter and had it mounted on the roof rack via quick release hinges by Frank in the shop. The tent was available to view and in stock (even during these covid times!); Peter spent time with us beforehand to make sure we were happy with the tent before investing and he knows the products well, which we really appreciated.
