Hannibal Impi (hardshell tent)

Previously known as the Zulu. The new Impi can be fitted to any vehicle with most roof bar or rack system, from a sedan to the serious off-road vehicle.

The Impi is a sleek aerodynamic roof tent and will accommodate 2 people.

This Tent can be opened and ready for use in seconds.

The Impi is fitted with the same 75mm high density foam mattress and aluminium ladder with foot friendly flat tread profile that is used in our Canvas range.

Unique to the Impi is the Awning over the rear entry and screened vent (seen in the photo above). The roof of the Impi is also lined with an insulating and anti-condensation lining.

Aerodynamic design means no wind noise and less wind resistance.
UV stable Fibreglass reinforced resin laminate shell.
Waterproof, "Dynaproofed" 380g polycotton ripstop; strong yet able to breath.
Seams & stitching: Seams are Double stitched using Superior strength quality thread (S25) and edged with binding. All seams have been waterproofed.
Awning sheet: Waterproof 210 denier Oxford nylon.
Awning sheet poles: 4mm electro galvanised spring steel.
Access available through 3 entry points.
Anti-condensation and insulation lining installed on roof of tent.
Adjustable roof tent windows are screened and open fully for better venting.
Inner tent has two storage pockets.

75mm high density foam mattress helps make the Hannibal roof tent almost as comfortable as your own bed.
The mattress cover is zipped and can be removed for laundering.
Spacious lid design allows for bedding to be left inside tent when travelling.
Unique tensioners inside the roof tent pulls in the sides when collapsing the roof tent.
Auto boot seal is used to ensure a 100% weatherproof seal when travelling.
Gas springs assist lift for opening and can be locked down.
Low wattage 12 volt, 8 watt fluro light installed in roof.
Steps fully profiled for comfort on bare feet.
Lockable for security.

Stainless steel bolts with nyloc nuts and plates slide into
the extrusion on the base of the pod and clamp onto roof bars for positive mounting.
